"I recently watched some of the 2001 US Open and was impressed by your (and Dave's) commentary. I can't stand watching matches with no analysis. In contrast, Danny Seemiller and his sidekick offered much less to the viewers that did Lefty and yourself. I'd have liked to hear you guys on all the matches, as opposed to nothing at all or Seemiller. I can only be told that so and so is pumping his fist so many times. I know, Danny, I see him pumping his fist, you don't need to tell me that he's showing emotion. :) I think you and Dave focused more on the less obvious aspects of the match and I appreciate that! You ADDED to the match, rather than detracted from it. "

"Lefty is a joy to work with as he brings a unique perspective to the commentary. It is very tough to have 2 top players comment as you really need one person to ask good questions. Also Lefty and I know the importance of promoting the sport when the play is less than stellar."
