I thought that name sounded familiar so I looked in theButterfly booklet (No. 265) and her picture is in it with a caption underneath the picture saying:

"Mrs. Barbara Kaminsky defeated the U.S. Woman's Singles Champion in the 1964 Eastern Open Championships to win the Eastern Open Singles title. Kaminsky also holds the international Canadian Open title (1963) Always a top ranked U.S. player, she continues to advance each year.

If you look on the back cover of History of U.S. Table Tennis Volume 4: 1963-1970, you will see her first person in line, with the caption "U.S. Team at the 1963 Prague Worlds Opening Ceremony".

I don't have access to the History of Table Tennis.
I only have that one pamphlet and am not even sure how I aquired it since I had quit playing around 1960.
I got back into table tennis about 8 or 9 yrs ago.
Ahh well, just thought I'd throw in that little info about Barbara Kaminsky that I have.
