Entry Deadline: October 5, 2005. Entries received after this date will only be accepted based on available space. No entries will be accepted at tournament.

Equipment: 12 Stiga tables and 40 mm DHS orange balls.

Eligibility: Players who are USATT members, renew or join. Unrated, non-members can pay a $10 ONE TIME ONLY pass in lieu of USATT membership. Unrated players may enter any event, but cannot advance from round robin in rated events.

Restrictions: See back for event restrictions. 1^st paid players per event will be accepted until full. If event is full you will be placed in the next highest event starting at the same time. If all events are full, money will be refunded.

Round Robin Format: Two advancing from each round robin to the single elimination stage.

Rules: All USATT rules apply. Dress code to be enforced.

Fee Schedule: $15 for Open Singles, $10 for all other events.

Open Singles, 1st - $150, 2nd - $50, 3rd & 4th - $25

Trophies for 1st and 2nd in all other events.

Medal for Championship Point Series.

Tournament Format

1) All round robin matches to be best of 5 games, except for Open Singles which is best of 7 games.

2) All single elimination matches, except for doubles are best of 7 games.

3) All Doubles matches are best of 5 games.

4) Can only enter one round robin event starting at the same time

5) Must be rated U-1600 to enter U-2800 Doubles
